In this episode 10 I talk about changes in your life and what drives you to make them. If you are wanting to change something about yourself, the clothes you wear or the car you drive, I think you're making them for the wrong reasons. If being picked on is making you second guess your looks or physical possessions then you aren't living for you. The most important thing you can do in finding your self is doing things for yourself. What if you could snap your fingers and change the things you want to so that you are bullied, ridiculed, mocked or made fun of, it's not the right thing for you. You end up living your life based on other peoples perspective of you and you end up loosing who you are. Your life should come from you and forget about all of the things that others are saying. Because doing something for your own happiness is only when you'll find true pride.
I talk about the importance of finding out who you are and how not understanding yourself makes it easy to build walls. Building a wall to shield your feelings from what others are saying. But what you have to remember is that the negative things people say aren't genuine. People are lashing out to be negative directly, they are projecting their insecurities. For me, by building walls it turned me into a negative person to myself and everyone around me. It prevented me from living life because I was worried every second of every day what people would think about me, and I missed out on a lot of things in life. I hope through this you learn to make moments in life that make you happy. Moments that you can look back on that make you smile.
In this Episode 8 of my audio vlog I talk about being overwhelmed. Until now I've focused on those who are experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts at a young age. I wanted to talk about those who are older and overwhelmed with work expectations, family expectations and more. Life is an amazing experience and it generally takes an event to make up snap out of our daily grind and appreciate what is around us. The most important thing in our lives is ourselves but we don't take the time to focus on that. I hope I can help someone who is experiencing an overwhelming time in their lives.
In this Episode 7 I talk about bullies and why they do what they do. What makes someone be so unkind to another person? Why do people feel the need to put other people down. Hopefully this will shed some light on their behavior and thoughts and make you realize what they are saying isn't real, it isn't genuine.

In this Episode 6 I talk about my experiences with my ever changing looks and how it affected me throughout my life and my realization of how it changed my adulthood. Everyone at some point in time goes through a physical change, whether it be adolescence, weight, acne, hair or anything else. These changes are startling to us but when others point them out and pick on them, it can change the way we think about ourselves and our lives. These changes in life can last short periods or throughout adulthood and understanding how to cope with them, will help you grow and understand the real you.
I am not a medical professional but I've always wanted to reach out and hopefully help one person so I express my experiences in life in hopes to help anyone.
In this Episode 5 audio vlog I talk about family and people. There are families that are close and there are families that don't care. No matter what family type you are in or apart of, life is still amazing. Hopefully this chapter can shed some light on what they may be going through and how it's affecting you and others around them.
In this 4th audio vlog I wanted to start with anger. For many people, anger tends to become depression. Understanding anger and your emotions will help you grow and understand life. Being able to control your feelings becomes a way of controlling your life. It's not fair to have anger forced on you by others being mean or rude, but it happens, everyday. Why there are others out there that think making someone feel bad, embarrassed, ridiculed or hated, is not fair. It's not fair that you have become a victim of someone else not capable of handling their life. I hope that listening to these will help you control your life and it's outcome.
In this Episode 3 I talk about finding emotions and how they relate to your life. Emotions are one of the things that few people have an understanding of or that they even exist and I think figuring out your emotions, know that you have them and what they mean to you, can help you find your voice.
I talk about talking out loud, getting a grasp on feelings and hopefully pointing you in a direction that is helpful.
This is the second audio vlog to hopefully help one person out there contemplating suicide, depression, loneliness and hardships in life. I hope my experiences and opinions help someone in need. To help talk someone off the ledge and let them know there are people like you and life is an amazing journey and should not be ended by one's own terms.
I've created this audio vlog to help people who feel like outcasts. In some form or fashion be an external voice for those who think about suicide, or are bullied, victims of social media, lonely, or feel like they don't belong. I'm not a doctor or a psychiatrist, I'm not a self-help guru, but I want to share my life experiences and hope to help someone and possibly build a community.
This is not a self help video but I hope the videos I will continue to make will help someone.
